• Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns are eligible for a credit note valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• A nominal reverse shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the credit note issued for returns.
• If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the item. Reimbursement of courier charges, if applicable, will be capped at ₹150 upon submission of a valid courier receipt.
• Sale, discounted, customised, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted only after the product passes our quality check and meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
