Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
During festive seasons or sale periods, processing times may extend slightly due to high demand. We appreciate your patience and assure you that every order is handled with the utmost care.

Shipping Charges:

🚚 Standard Delivery – ₹99 (3-7 Business Days)
⚡ Express Delivery – ₹199 (1-3 Business Days)

Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently, we do not offer COD. Please choose from our available online payment options for a seamless checkout experience. 

Delivery Timelines:
Once your order is dispatched, delivery times vary based on your location:

Metro Cities: 3-7 business days
Other Locations: 5-7 business days
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.

Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you can track its journey by using the tracking link sent via email or SMS. Alternatively, visit the “Track Order” section on our website and enter your order ID for updates.

Undelivered or Delayed Shipments
If there is any delay or issue with the delivery of your order, we request you to contact our support team at naarigis@gmail.com

Delivery to Remote Locations
In rare cases, additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to remote locations. If so, we will inform you prior to dispatch and seek your confirmation.
