Returns Policy

• Eligibility: We gladly accept returns for any item that is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, along with the original packaging and tags intact. The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Non-Returnable Items: Please note that customised or made-to-order pieces and discounted items are not eligible for returns.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at returns@naarigis.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the process. Once the return is approved, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from your doorstep.

Refund Policy

• Refund Options: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund in one of the following ways:
  • Original Payment Method: For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you can opt for a store credit equivalent to the amount of your purchase, which you can use for future orders on Naarigis.
• Shipping Charges: Please note that any shipping charges paid during the initial order are non-refundable. In the case of free shipping, no deduction will apply.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we would be happy to assist you based on availability. Please initiate your exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• We deeply apologise if you have received a damaged or incorrect item. In such cases, please contact us immediately at support@naarigis.com, and we will ensure a prompt replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
